Since 1994, the Back to School (RAE) initiative has been UNICEF's primary method for restoring educational rights after crises.

Timeline: Ongoing since 1994 (major operations 1994-2012).
Locations: Over 55 countries, including Afghanistan, Haiti, Lebanon, South Sudan, and Uganda.
Beneficiaries: Approximately 27 million children affected by humanitarian emergencies.
